Annual Report 2017-18


The annual report showcases the achievements and glories of a school, undoubtedly, but it also makes us think deeply about our shortcomings. At S.G.R.R. Public school vikasnagar, we have been committed to create an environment which helps the young minds to blossom and provide a platform for individual thinking and holistic development of the child’s personality.

At the beginning of each academic session, we set standards and goals for ourselves and strive to achieve them in the area of academics, sport, and cultural activities and in extra co-curricular activities.

To conduct the co-curricular activities, the students of the school are divided into four different houses i.e. Ramanujan house, Bhabha house, Raman house and Aryabhatta house. Each house is managed by teachers and students as house master, house captain and vice captain. The house on duty performs its duty of conducting the day to day activities in a systematic and disciplined manner. Each year we have a sports week in the month of November. Sports competition inculcates the spirit of positive challenges and sportsmanship among the students. This year our students actively participated in different sports events and won medals and certificates.

Excellence in academics is the hallmark of any good institution. Our class X and XII results have always been excellent. Last year our student Saurabh singh has topped the list by securing 95% marks in class XII board examination.

The annual function of the school was held on 19th November this year. During this function the annual prize distribution ceremony was also held to honour those students who have made the school feel proud with their outstanding performances and brilliant efforts not only in academic field but also in the curricular activities.

We feel extremely proud to complete 25 years of our prestigious institution. We have well qualified and experienced staff to give proper guidance and care to the students. We provide quality education that emphasizes high academic standards and all around development of a child’s personality.
